As Executive Vice President of Microsoft’s Experiences + Devices (E+D) division, Rajesh leads teams that includes Devices, Windows client, New Experiences and Technology, and the Office Product Group with responsibility for Microsoft 365, Office 365 and Windows 365, some of Microsoft’s flagship cloud services and devices for consumers, education and organizations.Prior to leading E+D he was a Corporate Vice President, leading teams that helped reinvent productivity and collaboration including delivering Office 365 cross platform and through the cloud. Office 365 remains one of the fastest-growing commercial services in the industry and is used by businesses, governments and educational institutions worldwide, providing powerful security controls, advanced analytics and voice communication. Jha started at Microsoft right out of university in 1990. He began his career as a software design engineer, working on various clients, servers and services during his tenure. Jha has a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Steven Bathiche, Microsoft Technical Fellow, leads an interdisciplinary team of scientists, AI researchers, and product engineers in the Windows and Devices organization. He has been inventing and shipping new devices and experiences since 1999, from conceiving the original Surface table in 2001 to contributing key innovations to the full Surface line of devices. He has helped evolve PC architecture with neural processors, built AI experiences in Windows, and developed foundationally AI devices.His guiding purpose has been to evolve the computer by inventing new interaction technologies fusing hardware, software, and human factors. As we enter the era of computer-aided reasoning, Stevie believes those who thoughtfully integrate these technologies can build devices, services, and apps that are exponentially more useful, offer experiences not previously conceivable, and spawn entirely new form factors.Stevie holds more than 120 patents, has numerous publications, and has been recognized by several organizations including SID and IEEE.

Davuluri believes in innovation that empowers and equalizes.He leads a team of engineers and product makers who work across partners to createnew technologies that move the industry forward.Across his 20 years at Microsoft, Davuluri has led numerous end-to-end design andengineering efforts across a variety of device categories. Prior to his current role,Davuluri held the title of Distinguished Engineer at Microsoft where he spent the last10 years in the Surface development team. Davuluri was also part of the PC HardwareGroup, working on a range of accessory devices from mice, keyboards, gamecontrollers, broadband networking routers and webcams in roles that spannedreliability, design verification and platform development.Outside of work, Davuluri enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. They canusually be found hiking or riding bikes in the Pacific Northwest or volunteering in thelocal Seattle area arts & theater communities.Davuluri holds a Master of Science from the University of Maryland

Shilpa Ranganathan recently joined the Windows and Devices group as Corporate Vice President for the Windows Product team at Microsoft.Having worked at several other companies (startups, consulting firms and Expedia), Shilpa arrived at Microsoft 15 years ago. She has worked on a variety of products at Microsoft, ranging from Enterprise Monitoring Software, Windows Phone and Windows Shell & Experiences.Most recently she led Microsoft’s Mobile and Modern Productivity Experiences (MMX) team where she drove the overall mobile strategy for Microsoft and was directly responsible for the development of Phone Link, OneNote, To Do, Whiteboard, SwiftKey, Surface Duo software and the Samsung partnership for Microsoft.Shilpa loves developing products she canuseherself to help make her life across home and work more productive. She lives in Redmond with her husband, nine-year-old daughter and yellow lab. Outside of work, Shilpa loves to travel, read, scuba dive and is also an avid collector of cookbooks to further her passion for cooking.
